4We have a thriving fundraising group which meets regularly to organise events to enable members to meet socially whilst also fundraising for a charity of our choice. The charity chosen must meet the overall criteria set by the WI National Federation. The WI guide for fundraising can be found here.
If you are interested in joining this group, or have ideas to suggest, please get in touch here.
In addition, any KeWI members may also organise other events, and they can nominate which charity to support, which will need the approval of the fundraising group.
For the financial year to 30 September 2024, the raffle held at each monthly meeting will be in aid of the Richmond Foodbank, which is run by Vineyard Community in conjunction with the Trussell Trust.
