Jog On is a heartwarming show, inspired by a true story, about a group of women who hit 50 and decide to run a marathon. From their first meeting to the moment they cross the finish line, Jog On follows four ladies as they transform into an unlikely group of athletes, and an even more unlikely group of friends.
